I've spent much of my career supporting people to grow capability, confidence, and direction, especially through periods of change. Alongside one‑to‑one coaching, I’m an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker. My style is practical, engaging, and values‑led — helping people turn insight into action and grow in ways that are sustainable and authentic. I love helping others create meaningful, achievable goals that can form legacies for good!
More recently that work has extended into other spaces. Working with families to create services that feel personal and real. And through The Sandwich Club where I'm part of a conversation about midlife and what it's really like. On the surface these are different things, but at the centre is the same work - helping people navigate change with clarity, honesty and a way forward that feels like their own. I tend to work in a way that is thoughtful, straight-forward and human. No scripts where they don't belong and no unncessary noise. Just clear thinking and real conversations. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Business (Distinction) and have just completed studying a Post Grad Certificate in Life and Career Coaching. I describe myself as a 'connector of people' and believe I bring incite, compassion and tenacity to the people and organisations I work with. Find out more or connect with me on LinkedIn. |
